1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using the Northwood Systems platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Northwood Systems provides full-stack secure AI deployment services for technical organizations. The Service includes compute infrastructure, model deployment, software (knowledge assistant, workflows, integrations, audit logs), and professional services.
3. Eligibility
The Service is intended for organizational customers. You represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms. Individual consumer use is not supported.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to violate applicable laws or regulations, generate or distribute illegal content, attempt to circumvent security controls, or interfere with the Service or other customers' environments.
5. Data ownership
You retain all ownership rights to your knowledge, documents, and data processed through the Service. Northwood Systems does not use customer data to train AI models. Data handling is governed by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) executed as part of the customer contract.
6. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated outputs should be reviewed by qualified personnel before being relied upon for consequential decisions.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NORTHWOOD SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Liability is further governed by the terms of the executed Master Services Agreement (MSA).
8. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved as specified in the executed customer contract.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active customers. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
